She came into the industry in 2018, as a student, with one basic course. Eight years later she has taught across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, created her own eyeliner technique and built a brand around it. Expert Lash International Championship is the next step of the same idea.

Raise the standards of the industry, keep the judging transparent, and give artists real international recognition.

Where it started

One basic course, and a student who wanted more

Bianca entered the lash industry in 2018, while she was still a student, looking for something to do in her free time and a little extra income. It all began with a single step, the basic course.

In 2020 she was working Foxy Eyes. In 2022 she turned her eyeliner look into her own method, the Expert Eyeliner Effect Technique, which became her signature. Her studio, Expert Lash Studio, is in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and it is still where her work is rooted.

2018
- Steps into the industry as a student, with a single basic course.
2020
- Starts working Foxy Eyes, the first step towards her own eyeliner look.
2022
- Creates the Expert Eyeliner Effect Technique, the look that becomes her signature, and teaches it for the first time.
- Takes her courses to Bucharest.
2023
- Launches Be The Trainer, for artists ready to teach.
- Teaches in Venice, Athens, Barcelona and Bulgaria, and speaks at Lash Masters Conference.
2024
- Publishes her book, All About Eyeliner Effect & Foxy Eyes.
- Opens her online shop, expert-lash.com.
- Crosses the Atlantic for her first training in Canada, in Montreal, and teaches in Edinburgh, Naples, Thessaloniki, Warsaw, Turin and London.
- Sits on the jury of Lashex Awards in Bologna and Global Beauty Art in Athens.
- Becomes the first Romanian on the main stage of Interlash Brazil in São Paulo, one of the few speakers selected, and presents Expert Eyeliner & Foxy Eyes to more than 1,500 participants.
- Sits on the Interlash jury, then teaches a two-day training in São Paulo for 14 artists.
2025
- Takes the stage at Lash Conf in Monaco and becomes the first Romanian on the stage of Lash Global Dubai.
- Grows the Expert Lash product line.
- Launches Expert Lash International Championship, which brings together 101 artists, 223 entries and 36 judges in its first edition.
2026
- Demo speaker at the first edition of The Lash Success Code in Bucharest.
- Opens Edition II, ELC 2027.

Her signature

Expert Eyeliner Effect

A lash set that reads like a stroke of eyeliner: dense and dark along the line, lifted at the outer corner, with no makeup at all. It is the look her name is known for, and her own patented technique since 2022.

She has taught it in class from Cluj-Napoca to Athens, Turin, Montreal and São Paulo, presented it on the stages of Interlash Brazil, Lash Conf Monaco and Lash Global Dubai, and gathered it in her book, All About Eyeliner Effect & Foxy Eyes.

The championship

A stage judged on merit alone

In November 2025 she launched Expert Lash International Championship, fully online, open to artists everywhere and judged blind. Entries reach the judges as codes, never as names, and every criterion is scored on its own.

The first edition ran until spring 2026. Edition II, ELC 2027, is open now.
